THOUGHT PROVOKING

All illness originates in the mind.

We live in a consciousness of human thought. The thoughts are not ours - we project onto that thought, the things we know and all that matters.


LIST OF THOUGHTS

  • I can’t do it

  • I wish I had

  • I’m too old / too young

  • I’m not

  • I deserve

  • I don’t have enough

  • I have a right to

  • I should

  • It’s my fault

  • I wish my body were more / less

  • This is better than that

  • It’s not fair

  • This should have happened


Does this list of thoughts sound familiar? If you track your thinking, you’d be amazed at how many limiting thoughts exist.

If we can narrow down where our thinking has given way, the common themes of our thoughts, we can notice the feeling, that creates the emotion, that then blocks the free flow of energy in the 66 channels of our body.

Try this. First thing in the morning, tune in to the feelings you have. Write them down.
